"The Project was a complete success from start to finish! Elias, the Project Manager was excellent. We had a major problem with a roof that was leaking . We had several contractors come to look at the roof for estimates. Elias spent the most time of any of the contractors viewing and evaluating the roof and siding as well as the inside of the house where the water was leaking into and discussed the project with the President of Beantown. He was excellent at explaining what needed to be done. It was not your average "roof job" as the roof abutted a large chimney and the room under the roof was cold and drafty. He was very patient with me as I had many questions about the project. Janice, the Office Manager, was courteous and always available from start to finish. The roofing team was very professional and did an excellent job. They also added the appropriate insulation, new siding to the house by the roof, gutters and appropriate flashing. The roof not only looks great, but the room beneath the roof is no longer drafty and there are no leaks. His team cleaned up after the project was completed such that you wouldn't even know they were there. Elias was so professional and he even contacted us after the first rainstorm to make sure that everything was fine. The Office Manager, Janice sent the Roof Warranty to me right away. Used home advisor and have Andrea called me and scheduled the visit promptly for Freddy to come and check the leak. Freddy was very professional, identified the leak that was due to improper seal of one of the skylights and fixed it right away. He also checked my other skylights and some had the same problem which he fixed. Freddy checked my roof for issues and provided tips for maintenance so it can last long. While Waterman was not the cheapest contractor I interviewed, they took the time to go over all aspects of the job, in detail, inspected attic and suggested moving the vents to the roof instead of the side of the house for better ventilation of the bathrooms and dryer. They also performed minor wood repair on the trim, using PVC boards instead of wood. Perfect fit and finish. Rerouted some of the downspouts as well. They registered the warranty with the roofing manufacturer as well. Very efficient installation. Crew worked well and fast without appearing to actually rush. They were just very efficient with their time and skill. There was a company rep there all day to keep the project on track. Only downside is, they were very busy, and our install date ended up being a bit longer than we expected. When the day came, they did a great job. The cleanup, the worst part of any roofing job, was done very well. We did, since the job, find a few nails on the ground. However, overall, the property was well respected and not damaged otherwise."
