Adrian and his crew are excellent and we could not be more pleased. You can see the professionalism and craftsmanship in his workers by the way they work efficiently without rushing. They work very hard and do a good job of cleaning up after the fact. Their attention to detail was noticeable. We would definitely use Fereirra Co, again, and I have recommended him to others. Adrian is very easy to talk to, no pressure, no push to upsell services. He said his quote wouldn't be the very lowest or the highest and he was spot on. I had five estimates from various roofers, ranging from $8k for a barebones two man operation to $23k from the fulltime salesman with a well known large roofing company who tried to sell me on the benefits of custom flashing and offered $2k off if I signed that day. I wanted the siding pulled back on my house to have the flashing and rubber sheeting up the side above the lower roof to avoid issues with ice and leaks in the future. Other roofers wanted to charge me from $1800-3000 for that extra work. Adrian included it in the price of his initial quote - he said he always does that work because it is the right way to do it. His crew moved all the vents and vent pipes on the roof back away from the roof edge to avoid the possibility of future issues with ice dams. They also painted the vent pipes to match the shingles. We needed a number of sheets of plywood replaced due to prior damage in the attic. Adrian quoted me a price to strip and replace an estimated number of sheets. We ended up needing more sheets and a couple rafters replaced due to additional damage not seen before. He only charged me for materials for the additional sheets of plywood as he had promised to do before hand.

Some delay due to weather condition but once on site project was completed promptly.

It was done more quickly than I would have expected and the work was excellent. There were a few surface problems that were carefully explained and remedied at minimal cost. The original house dates back to 1800 and we were very pleased with the way the various roof surfaces and angles were worked in seamlessly.

Went very well. Only removed sections that could be replaced with new shingles, hence, no tarp was used. Company suggested areas of concerns and showed me to prove their point as was the case in where the gutters did not extend far enough, hence causing damage. Was not being a (used car) sales person. Reset vent pipes to code at no additional cost. Ferreira is a GAF certified roofer.

They did a great job. Very respectful and careful of the property, went straight to work and was completed that day. Cleaned up after and I've only found 1 nail, which I think is fantastic. Would recommend them.

Adriano and his team at Ferreira Roofing were excellent.  When I called for a quote, Adriano was on time and walked my Dad and I through his quote and the roofing process.  He took the time to answer all our questions so we were very comfortable when we decided to give him the job.
Within two weeks of accepting Ferreira's quote, the supplies were delivered and the job started on the next sunny day.  The original roof was a patchwork of different roof jobs--because of the size and additions to the building.  We had no idea what was underneath the shingles -- on the old and newer sections of the house.
The entire roof was cleared off in one day and underlayment replaced where necessary.  Prior to the sun going down the first day, the entire area was clean and the driveway checked for loose nails so my family could park that evening.  We even checked after the workers left and could only find one roofing nail near the edge of the driveway. I was impressed.
The next day the roofers were back at it and completed the job.  The final clean up was thorough and when they drove away, we had a beautiful new roof.
Adriano came by himself after the job was completed to inspect his team's work.  
Excellent job!  Once the weather warms up, we will be having our GAF Warranty inspection.  I feel confident that the inspector will find the job first rate.

All roofs were done in a timely and professional manner. Adrian was very easy to work with, explained all work that was required and why it was necessary to do a particular procedure or follow a specific sequence in doing the work. At the home in Marstons Mills we found that the underlay of the previous roof had been done incorrectly. That problem was corrected and assured that the new roof would last significantly longer.
  The house in Attleboro required not only the roof to be replaced but also the replacement of an old chimney. The garage roof also needed replacing -  Adrian did an outstanding job on both.
  I should also mention that Adrian is a certified Master installer. This is important because of the warranty. If the work is done with the required materials and performed by a Master installer, you are eligible for the premier warranty which covers workmanship and materials should you run into any problems down the line. Part of the process to certify the warranty is that after the work is completed, an inspector is sent to check the work. If he finds anything wrong with either how the work was done or with any of the materials used he (the inspector) gets paid by the shingle company. If he doesn't find anything wrong, the installer gets paid a bonus from the shingle company for doing a great job. Thus, the installer has a very good incentive to do an excellent job.
  I enjoyed working with Adrian and would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a new roof.
