Hello, I apologize for any miscommunication, or, misunderstanding. After our initial conversation, I tried to make it clear that I did not have a time table on when I could look at your issues. And, that I would try and get there when I could. I also suggested, that you keep looking for someone else that could maybe get there sooner than I My guess is that you haven't been able too get anyone else, and your frustration is mounting.
