The folks at Capital were excellent. From John and Tess at our first consult, to Joe onsite and Cynthia in the office, everyone was professional, courteous, and responsive to our questions and clear in their explanations. The team they brought in to do our roof was exceptional â getting our 3200 sq ft roof removed and replaced in just two days. They were up and running from first light to sunset and knocked it out in no time. Cleanup was meticulous and they left the work area and around the house spotless. Iâ m happy to recommend them, and we plan to use them in the future.

We had an amazing experience with Capital Construction! The Project Manager Anthony Andreozzi was so kind & professional and our Sales Consultant Joshua Hart was very patient and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Both Anthony & Josh were fantastic to work with & I am glad we were paired up with them! We originally thought this project would take 2-3 weeks and the crew finished in 3 days!!!! We are so in love with the color - Laguana Blue and will certainly be connecting with Capital again when we need to do with windows. Thank you so much to the crew for their hard work - they even came on a Saturday to get this project done. 10/1 would recommend!

We had a wonderful experience working with Capital Construction in June 2024. The reason we chose them is because they worked on our house back in 2007. We considered the fact that the company is still around and going strong is a very good sign. For our latest home improvement project, the company has been very professional in every step of the way. Our project included replacement of the entire roof, replacement of all gutters, replacement of fascia boards wherever necessary, and repair or replacement of rafters of the house addition. Sales consultant Jim Sakkos came and gave us an overview in the first meeting. In the second meeting, all the measurements were already available for discussion. We were impressed by their technological innovation in obtaining all the data. It was an intense process to finalize the contract and financing, but all parties were respectful and satisfactory. Scheduling of the project and obtaining permits were also professionally done within a short period of time. Project Manager Jeremy Boutin was a knowledgeable expert on what he was doing, and he is also a responsible individual. Through our conversations and interactions, I could tell that Jeremy was a trustworthy person to work with. Overall, it was a great experience working with Capital Construction. My wife and I were glad that we chose Capital Construction for our home improvement project.

They put the door on wrong and it took them over a month to fix the problem The staining of the inside door went well but I forgot to tell them about the door frame that needs to be stained also

I have not had the windows installed yet. My experience so far has only been with Mike and Cameron the sales people. knowledgeable , great attitudes and friendly. Iâ  ll respond on the install in 8 to 10 weeks.

Great Job by the Capital Construction Crew. Complete outside gut of home with insulation, plywood, new windows, gutters, doors, James Hardie Siding and trim. Best looking house on the street. Shout out to Wally, head foreman of project. Easy to work with, made sure job was done properly and discussed any issues with me. Also a thumbs up to Project Manger Jay.

We had some challenges in the beginning with the sales person but Lou worked to straighten that out. Romero and his crew worked extremely hard to complete my roof. They worked until 8:45 P.M. to finish. I love my new roof. I highly recommend Capital Construction! Thank you!

My wife and I felt like we were an afterthought. When we had questions I would call and was told I would receive a callback but we never did. Each and every time we were given a date regarding movement on the project, the contractors never showed and we never received updates. The project was requested in Early January but was never completed until mind March. Our neighbors started complaining to us because they left a dumpster past the specified signage dates and never updated it stating anything regarding extending the time. When they finally came to pickup the dumpster, we were told that anything they deemed not part of the project was left abandoned on the sidewalk. We explained to them that it was not our fault people were dumping various items in the dumpster but our complaints fell on deaf ears. We are glad the project is completed but we will never use Capital Construction again nor could we ever recommend them in good conscience.

Louis was out installer and he and his crew were excellent. If ever getting difing request Louis. As for getting project going had issues until I finally got John Avagianod for project manager. After getting John my job finally got going. Poor communications from company with many different contacts thru finally getting my job done.

Everyone from the beginning to the end were great. Jay was always in contact with me. The roofing crew and Luis worked tirelessly to complete the job. They worked until 8 pm in bitter cold weather and then cleaned everything up before they left. Good job!

Very professional start to finish

Customer service is practically nonexistent. For a company that prides themselves on offering great customer service to clients, I felt they were severely lacking. The actual quality of the work looks good to me (as Im not an expert on roofing obviously), but the entire process was a headache. If you bring up any concerns, you are met with condescending remarks and screenshots of fine print in the contract that absolves them of any personal accountability for anything. The company talks highly of themselves and how they do not upcharge/upsell products but they absolutely do and get different answers from different people in different department - I.e. one tells you;It was supposed to be x dollars but I gave you a discount on this additional work; while another will explain an invoice showing no discount at all and try to justify overcharging on a project thats already costing you $21k. Will not use this company again.

They showed up on schedule and worked three days in a row to complete the job. I also received gutters. They left the property clean. Thank you, for a job well done.

Save your money and hire someone else.

I donâ t like to post negative reviews but our patience has been exhausted with no end in sight. I cannot recommend Capital Construction. We contracted with them in May 2023 for an exterior paint job, gutters, and re-shingling a bulkhead. We are in month 5 with no communication or timeline for completion. The following jobs on our contract remain outstanding: 1. Nails sticking out on the interior of our bulkhead, a safety hazard; 2. No gutters installed on our house, which has lead to water leaking in our basement during this rainy summer; and 3. A pile of project waste in our yard as winter approaches (also a safety hazard, once it snows). We were not given the communication we were promised. We have no idea why the remaining components of our contract cannot be completed in a timely manner. Trying to contact customer service or the project manager is like banging our heads against the wall. We were patient given the humidity and rain of the summer, but we now feel we have no other recourse but to file a BBB complaint.
