+ -1 moreThis project came in on time and on budget. We were able to move in 3 months to the day that the work started. There were hiccups and challenges but Luke and his crew stepped up to the plate. Great subcontractors, all the tradesmen were professional. LS Winston Building Corp is the best general contracting building company I’ve ever worked with and I’ve hired dozens in the past.
Description of Work: We purchased a house that needed some renovations and updates. The heating system was 30 years old, it needed a new roof, the kitchen needed an update, and the bathrooms were original to the 1960 build. The work included removal of a load bearing wall, bathroom remodels, new master suite, tile, hardwood flooring refinishing, repair and installation, exterior entry remodel, new garage doors. All systems in the house were updated including electrical, plumbing, doors, windows & HVAC. And most importantly the work had to be done in 3 months.
