"The staff were pleasant and went about their work diligently. The price was also quite reasonable for upholstery cleaning and carpet cleaning. However, I was distressed to see a lot of debris on the carpets on the next day. The carpets were also very stiff. I had to vacuum them twice to make sure to get up the debris and soften them up."

"I purchased an Angie's List deal after seeing that they are a dry carpet cleaner. We had some water issues in our basement due to the hard rain and did not want to a cleaning company to leave our carpets wet when they left. Gus and Blake were wonderful and very thorough with stains on our carpet. The biggest plus is that the carpet was dry when they finished. I was able to put stuff back right away. I highly recommend them and plan to use them again in the future! I had no problems with them returning my phone calls or text messages so I'm not sure what the person in the last review is talking about. I wouldn't hesitate in buying the angie's list deal it worked out perfectly for my needs.
