Kentuckiana Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning LLC

Have used Kentuckiana Carpet twice and have been satisfied both times. I have recommended this to everyone I know needing their carpet cleaned.

I got a quote from them and was easily scheduled. They were prompt and efficient. My carpets look so much cleaner and nicer. They also gave helpful information about my carpets to keep in mind. I’ll definitely hire them again if need be

The service was well done and on time. We were called ahead of time. The service person was very attentive to our needs. Certainly would use them again.

It went well. He even went over a couple of areas twice. He was really prompt and professional. I would hire him again.

We had about 5 areas, and we had some stains. The treatment worked very well. There were a couple of stains we knew would be tough. They didn’t disappear completely, but they look a lot better, and the house feels really clean.

Both pieces were cleaned adequately.

Went extremely well. 2 couches were moved by contractor as I requested. Some contractors will not do this. Carpeting looks & smells REALLY clean, even days later. Well worth the price which was either comparable to other estimates or much lower. I have found that the smaller contractors do a much better job because they need your return business and word-of-mouth referrals. I felt completely comfortable with this contractor in my home while I was alone that day. Very professional, polite, and licensed, bonded, and insured.

Just had my carpet cleaned today by Kentuckiana Capet. This is about the 3rd time I've had them out to clean... gave up on the messy Rug Doctor. haha. Really happy with how great this "older" carpet looks now. Bill was very thorough in pretreating and cleaning the carpet. He took his time and did a great job. Had the family room, living area, and hallway done. Highly recommend.

I had used them twice previously, but at least once previously. We got them from Angie's List. They just did their job well and the man was very pleasant. The quality of cleaning was fine.

Fantastic! I've used a big name company for years but one day the Big Name company didn't show for an appointment after a couple of phone calls. So I called another large company who could get me in within approximately three weeks of my call date. No thanks. So the third time I looked on Angie's List and found this group-- Kentuckiana Carpet and Upholstery cleaning, with two employees, Jason and Bill. I believe they are brothers in law. I called, said I get back to them, and when I did, they said they could come the next day because they had an opening. Wow. That's rather unheard of. A man with 23 years experience showed up at my door, and did fantastic work on areas that I was told were not cleanable to our great satisfaction. We have light carpet (cream colored) and frankly it has not looked this good since it was new. Very reasonably priced too. Thanks very much!!
