"The young men were very nice, but the tile was still sticky 2 hours after they left from the grout sealer. The sun room carpet was wet, not damp when they left. They returned the side chairs to the wet carpet without putting anything under the legs to keep them from fading on the carpet. The carpet cleaning process left residue down in the short shag carpet and on the sun room carpet. The owner has been made aware of these concerns."

"I would have rated the service as 5 stars.....unfortunately there were several things undone. . 1) The front of the dishwasher wasn't cleaned. 2) the hood over the stove wasn't cleaned...in spite of discussion about it. And 3) the top of shower head wasn't cleaned. I don't want to say that the service was not good because overall it was... on time..very pleasant to work with. Only these 3 things were problematic."

"Chris, showed up exactly as scheduled, and as we went over the areas of the house that were cleaned he recommended what it would take to clean and restore the areas to like new as possible and what the fees would be. I can't tell you how happy I was with the results as he took a 10 year old carpet with multiple areas of carpet soiling and returned it to almost new condition. Some of the advanced cleaning materials he used to complete the job were things I didn't even know were used to treat carpets. I highly recommend Advanced Carpet Cleaning for your next cleaning and will be using them from here on out."
