"The young men were very nice, but the tile was still sticky 2 hours after they left from the grout sealer. The sun room carpet was wet, not damp when they left. They returned the side chairs to the wet carpet without putting anything under the legs to keep them from fading on the carpet. The carpet cleaning process left residue down in the short shag carpet and on the sun room carpet. The owner has been made aware of these concerns."

"I would have rated the service as 5 stars.....unfortunately there were several things undone. . 1) The front of the dishwasher wasn't cleaned. 2) the hood over the stove wasn't cleaned...in spite of discussion about it. And 3) the top of shower head wasn't cleaned. I don't want to say that the service was not good because overall it was... on time..very pleasant to work with. Only these 3 things were problematic."

"The workers clearly did not want to be here. When asked how the drive from Lexington was, one replied, "Long." Other attempts at small talk was met with monosyllabic responses. They asked about a place to set out their equipment and I guided them to the dining room which they said was fine. I was curious about exactly how they were going to get their brushes through all the duct work, but they didn't seem to be able to explain. turns out they had to drag the large piece of equipment upstairs, to the basement and around the main floor. I stayed out of their way. They took a couple of before and after pictures to show what had changed. Turns outs, my ducts were not that dirty to begin with.. i had chosen this company because it was the only one that said they cleaned up any mold or mildew I spoke with a representative and specifically asked if they serviced the Louisville area, as their address is in Lexington. The representative said they would do "select" homes. He asked me several questions about my house - number of floors, type of furnace, square footage and gave me an estimate over the phone. In hindsight, I should have looked harder to find someone in Louisville, so that I would not inconvenience the workers. After they left, we went around and looked at all the registers. A couple had not been screwed back in place, but just pushed in, the screws nearby."
