Excellent work! Boston Carpet was prompt, professional and extremely friendly. We had a lot of drywall dust in our vents after a basement finish job. They were thorough and helped return our house to normal. Would definitely recommend 👌!!

Last year I struggled to find a company who would come clean my dryer vent (bc it rises from 1st floor to 2nd floor rooftop, so it’s a little complicated). When I found Dan Boston, the search was over. Honest, affordable, pleasant, kind, friendly, and left no trace of having been there with a job well done. I’ll never use anyone else!! Last year we had ductwork cleaned too, and though I was skeptical at first, the difference in air quality was incredibly improved after the cleaning. Amazing job by wonderful family owned small business. Love them.

The experience with Boston was wonderful! I have a house that was built in 1915, pretty sure the duct work had never been cleaned! There was so much dust, and debris it filled up their trap in the van,lol. The technicians were punctual, polite, and did a great job! I know longer feel as though we are breathing over 100 years of grime anymore. My home is already less dusty too! I highly recommend this company!

They did a terrific job of cleaning our carpets which is what the appointment called for. When I asked if they did dryer vents and showed them the appliance, they said they could take care of it...and did it on the spot! Great guys, great service, great work!

The whole experience was very well worth it. The air in our house is lighter and fresher now. And, we opted for the sanitizer treatment which has a very faint smell and dissipates quickly. The company was easy to schedule with, explained everything clearly over the phone. The staff was friendly and on time, sent reminder texts and an “en route” message. Were informative of the condition of our vents and even easy to pay! Will definitely be using them for future cleaning, sanitation and floor cleaning since we have asthmatics in the house. Excellent! Boston owner was the technician that answered the call. The business called to change/confirm arrival 3 times so I was ready for them. The job took over 2.5 hours to complete but he even checked out the blower ports and hoses UNDER the floor to ensure connection and found one that was about to disconnect. At the same time, he found that the reason for the dust in the house was a bad dryer exhaust. I had the parts but he installed a new dryer exhaust under the house. Turns out that the reason for the excess dust was a "hole" in the dryer exhaust tube. Had the job not been done (cleaning the vents) we would never revealed the true condition of the heating/AC system.
