I have a puppy who is older and has had a few mishaps on the carpet. The gentleman who cleaned took this into consideration and used something to remove stains. He done a beautiful job. He was prompt and very efficient, and reasonable. Will be calling on him the next time I need to have the carpets cleaned.

Pat was wonderful to deal with and very accommodating to what worked best for customer! Carpet looks new again as well as couch and chair! Carpet was barely damp 2 hours later which is a plus!! I highly recommend and we will continue to use Eco-Pad in the future!!
