"I cannot recommend Henry's enough. They were extremely professional, transparent, and fair in their pricing. I knew going in to this that I needed the fan motor on my outside AC unit replaced. Not only were they understanding and non-condescending about what I told them, but they also provided a ballpark quote over the phone, which was impossible to obtain anywhere else. They came out very quickly and not only completed the service I needed but also addressed some other minor issues for little to no extra charge. My AC was back up and running in an hour. The first big company I called (I'll just say it - Jarboes) charged me $98 to diagnose something I already knew, and then quoted me $1,900 to replace a roughly $300 part. "Remember how service used to be? These people do! Not only did they do what I contracted with them to do, but the service guy who came explained why they replaced a part, its importance to the unit, and was very professional and personable. When I called 6 hours later to leave a message saying my unit was still cycling and hadn't shut off, the owner called me back that evening(tho I asked only that he call the next day), explained what was probably happening (still cooling down), why (he had called the service guy and found it was 86 degrees when he came), and when to expect it to change. He was right. And I'm a very happy customer. These people understand what "service" means - or used to mean!"

"I called them to go to my mother in law's property in the south end of louisville, kentucky. She just said the ac doesn't work. I warned them that she is a hoarder and house is a mess. It turned out there was a carcass of a dead cat preventing the blower/fan to circulate the air. They disposed of the carcass and got the a/c going again. They was very professional about the situation. And my mother in law said the technician was very kind to her."

"They did a good job as far as the quality of work, they cleaned up after themselves and they were punctual. They called after the services were performed and asked when they would receive their money, this was before I had even received a bill. Felt that they were rushing me through the inspection due to wanting payment for the job. They didn't split the lines for the two separate tenants, so hot water was going to both apartments from the water heater which was only hooked up to one apartment. When I called to have this fixed, they stated that I should have told them this prior to the work and they were going to charge me like a new customer to come out and get it repaired. However, when I contacted them originally, I stated that the only thing coming between the two apartments was cold water. Graded quality nonapplicable because quality of work was good, but was done incorrectly, and felt their attitude about the correction was way off base."

"We had a brand new central air unit installed by another company 4 years ago. It never worked the way it should,, the house would never cool down past 78 or 79 degrees in the summer, Bryant had been out to repair it numerous times, they finally admitted they could not fix the problem and installed a bigger unit. We were excited that we could finally have a cool house, only to be disappointed when we turned the air on, it was doing the same thing the other unit did, not cooling the house. They came back out twice after that and told us we needed to put a new breaker box in the house. We ended up calling carrier and ask for a different company to deal with.
