I had hired and used another carpet cleaning company several times prior to trying Zerorez. The previous company assured me that there was no way to remove a few spots in our living room area and after several cleans, they always remained. Assuming that was true, when Zerorez came for their first cleaning I explained what the other company had explained to me. They disagreed and were able to remove the spots with their equipment the first pass through. Theyâ ve gained a forever customer with us!

The service tech was nice and professional. I wanted one bedroom and an area rug is done. He could not do the area rug. I paid $140 for one room. He had to charge me for two rooms as a minimum charge. I will use it again but want to pay a lesser price for one room.
