However the shower install- upgrade was a disaster and has now cost us a significant loss of time and money and he never even completed the project. We bought the majority of the materials and supplies for the project and now have to tear out and replace everything he did. We have since have also had to hire professionals to complete the project. When we interviewed him it appeared he had the knowledge and experience but now feel he was not the right choice for this particular project. The plumber we hired had to remove everything he Installed to complete the drainage properly. The shower pan and backer boards he installed all had to be removed and now replaced. On his behalf I will say he is nice person and his rates were reasonable"
