Max found that the bathtub faucet simply had a broken handle so he moved to connecting the hose bibb that had been capped off in the previous winter because of a frozen pipe. The wet bar sink wouldn't go in so my husband left to buy a new tub handle and different wet bar. The Moen faucet we needed wasn't in stock but we were able to order one and fix it later on our own. The other wet bars for sale were even larger than the one we had so after they reconnected the hose bibb, both guys worked on widening the area to make the new sink fit. They completed the work and I appreciated getting two guys for the price of one at $75/hr plus materials. The only negative thing was that after they drove away, I noticed they left several cigarette butts in my driveway. I wish they would have been more considerate to not leave their litter for me to pick up

When the cold snap happened back in late December/early January we had busted pipes twice. The second time we called Hiller and they came out that evening and fixed the problem. Most other plumbers don't offer 24-hour service. Although they cost a little bit more than other plumbers, they're very responsive and fix the problems even when it's single digits outside! We have a crawl space and the water line just below our kitchen was the one that busted. Thankfully they got the problem fixed and restored our water without us having to take time off work

Ivan was the plumber and I can'nt said enough nice things about him. He check all the plumbing in the house and under the house. He did find a problem with the water heater as it is 19 years old. The anode rod was completely gone from 19 years of dirty water. I told him I didn't feel I could afford to have it fixed that day because of the air conditioner repair. He told me it would continue to work but wouldn't guarantee how long. Then I noticed that he was replacing it anyway and I said I can't afford to pay for that and he said I can't leave it this was it just wouldn't be right and that he would eat the cost. Now how many companies do that today. I couldn't let him do that so I did pay him and he gave me a good discount. I think he went above and beyond and thing I expected. I would never use anyone else but Hiller Heating and Plumbing.

"We had experienced a water leakage into our carpet on the first floor, so I contacted experts of Hometown Restoration and spoke with the owner, who was helpful and answered all of my questions. They made a schedule and arrived at our house on that day. First, they inspected the place nicely and then explained to us the whole process of what they would be going to do. It was excellent advice, so I hired them to fix our floors. They could altogether remove all of the water and dry things out, and we are delighted with the work they did.
