"We spent 38,000.00 for them to remodel our master bathroom and replace the vanity and top in the guest bathroom. this work started on 7/16/25 as of today 09/06/25 I am still waiting to fix the guest bathroom. The electric outlet that was installed in the master bathroom does not work and they installed the shower head too high. the guest bathroom they measured wrong so the person installing the vanity cut holes in the walls to install the vanity and you could not open the doors. He also cut holes in the walls to install the sink so the two sinks were in the wall under the electric outlets. The person installing did notify the office on 7/18/25 that the vanity did not fit. No one from the office ever came out to look at it. The we had to wait until the salesman came back from vacation and then the supervisor went on vacation. they finally looked at the issue on Aug 27th and they finally came to change the vanity on 09-05 but when they arrived we found out that the sink was cracked and they could not put it in. As of today 09-06 we sit with a vanity with no draws and no sink. No compensation was ever offered. I have guests coming to visit and no guest bathroom to use."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. My mom purchased a 24ft round above ground pool and I was there with her to listen to the "sales pitch". Ron gave the basic vague "you will need sand, a large area, and MONEY!" speech. He stated we were responsible for BACKFILL around the pool, not clearing off the BOULDERS & ROCK that was dug up and left in the middle of our yard. Not to mention how so many of the things that were supposed to be delivered with the pool, still have not been corrected. The sales folks will say "initial here for me handing you this book" "sign here to contract the build"... but what they don't tell you is how they will screw you 6 ways to Sunday. $10,000 for a pool and then hundreds of dollars on all of the "extras" that have to happen. Again, very misleading. Also, when you encounter a problem, NO ONE is willing to help or admit that a mistake was made. Terrible customer service, rude employees, and even more rude managers. I plan to tell anyone and everyone how pitiful this company truly is."
