There was confusion between the owner and the service tech on what day it could be done on. Tech used a hose that was too long and forced it to fit, instead of going to get a proper length hose.

Plumbing pipes was making a loud humming noise when the water was running. Gotts crawled under my craw space and fixed the issue with my water pressure valve. They also verified that I did not have a leak based off of a noise I was hearing in my kitchen. They completed all this and did not charge my anything! They just requested if I have another issue or the same one shows up again to contact them. I am single women and was afraid that my lack of knowledge on plumbing that I would be over charged, but I was not and I will contact them for all my plumbing issues.

I had the water Heater replaced, When the Bill came it was shocking. A charge for Pipe Dope, a Charge for PVC Glue,
many charges that are normally included. For Ex. An Extra $63.00 to pick up the water heater, 15 for Trip charge, 15 to haul it off,
But I was told he would sell it. It was 2 water connections and One wire. I will not use them again.
The Water Heater cost was $361.40 But in the End the Bill was $952.25

"although [member name removed]you failed to say that your water heater was under the house in a crawl space and it took two men 4hrs to install the water heater. after you felt that you were done unjust by us we did return all of your money. We also paid to have it inspected and you received a water heater for free. but the bad part to all of this is you told me that it was your home. we advised you that it would be cheaper to install the water heater inside the laundry room but you said no. Come to find out that it was your parents home instead and they are the ones that wrote the check and was not advised of the cost that was going to occur. they are the reason I returned their money in full. But thank you for the big lesson in business that I learned from this event. Now it is mandatory that any employee of Gott Plumbing Repair 1. always check and make sure who the true owner of the home is. 2. always give a price up front 3. get signature of owner before work is performed. 4. always make sure the customer checks our work and is completely happy and satisfied. 5. get 2nd signature to confirm #4 after following this business model it has caused our business to thrive and is such a success for me I have gone from working by myself and hiring a helper only when needed to now 6 techs 4 vans and 3 office personnel. If I had known before now that you would have left this on here I would have thanked you and your parents along time ago. So thank you from all us here at Gott Plumbing Repair for the great life lesson in business you gave us, these are things that you can not learn in any college course."
