Technician was polite, courteous, efficient and performed the tasks excellently. I signed the forms on his tablet that he requested. I printed out the invoices the next day and the charges did not match the work that was performed which of course makes you feel like they are throwing in stuff that shouldn’t be on the bill. The manager agreed that I was billed for the wrong items but still believed $596 was a fair price. Expansion tanks cost $39. After hours charge was $99. He was at my house a total of probably two hours at the most So another $200 for labor maybe. That all totals $339. Why $596? There’s no excuse for it. I requested an updated bill with the proper items to be billed. I was told I would get one but did not.
