Excellent service and very reasonable cost

They were here for barely an hour and all was fixed. I had been without water for 2 1/2 days so them being so fast was great! They were so polite and personable. Very fair pricing. Would definitely use them again.

Scheduling was easy, everyone I dealt with was professional. I had a whole house water filtration system installed with a bypass. Work was done efficiently and courteously and Cory and team showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased.

Both Home Advisor and the L&B company were very timely in their response, and very quick in solving my problem. I would recommend both Home Advisor and L&B for future work. The plumber from was very knowledgeable and helpful in my understanding what needed to be done. My problem was resolved quickly.

Update: Tenant nor L&B told me exactly what was repaired at the unit when permission was given to correct the situation. Apparently there was another issue with the toilet and P trap that was not reported to me prior to leaving the below review. The quality of the work has never been in question but a report back to me telling me what was done for the charge (because it is a rental property) could have eliminated the negative review. I am adjusting my review after discussions with customer service and will give them another shot when needed. And as I said, the quality of work has never been in question. Hired L&B for a simple clogged bathroom sink drain in one of my rentals. They were there about 30-40 minutes according to the tenant, simple fix, good access, billed me $195. Outrageous. I scheduled it at their convenience, a couple days in advance, this was not a weekend or emergency. Way overpriced. Will not use again.

They ended up replacing our old original cast iron pipes and made sure the new pipes are now even as over time they were slightly sloping & causing problems plus they were rusting out. We had been told for several years we could have a problem with the rusting out so we no longer have this problem. Scott was very good at his job.

Scotty was very nice and didn't waste any time getting to work on my problem. It cost more than I expected which means I'll be doing without some necessities for the next month, but it had to be done. I'm a Veteran on disability. Hopefully I won't need any other plumbing help in the near future.

Hired L&B Plumbing, they, they came to my house 1st to clear a blockage that didn't work, they came back to fix the problem and went to work costing a large sum of money to correct problem, which still hasn't worked. I would not trust them again.

Got the job done as usual. Love these guys!
