Materials arrived early. So, we had installation scheduled quickly. Installer arrived on time, friendly, explained process, answered questions, and started. Job profesionally done, cleaned up, demonstrated how to use shower heads. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service, from start to finish. Brandon was the installer, and he is also a master craftsman. Work confined to the bath and respect for all other areas of the home were well taken care of as they lay down runners in all areas they will be traveling. The work a d the materials were quality and will last a very long time. Brandon also did a super job of cleaning up after himself, particularly at the end of the install. Our bath shower is beautiful. We highly recommend JR Bath to anyone.

Shower Installation and Replacement
I was a little disappointed that I had to call them to see when the install would be scheduled. The person I spoke with claims she tried calling me a few times to schedule. I asked if she had left a message and she replied she didn't remember. On the plus side, my installer, Brandon was very polite and professional and walked me through everything he was going to do. Once the job was completed, my floors were cleaner than when he started. LOL - even outside. He made sure to show me how the shower worked and made sure all my questions were answered before he left.

They did exactly what they said they were going to do and when they said they would do itâ ¦Having been in the construction business for 50 years, I thought the price was a bit high but didnâ t quibble as I wanted to get the work completed by someone other than myself. I purchased a home with an outdated bathroom. It had an odd shaped tub/shower combo that was pink. I wanted to convert to walk in shower. I got four in house estimates from companies advertising on Google. But I called J R Bath because they were at a home show near my house. Jeremy came and gave me great ideas and a fair price. He advised that my shower may not be installed until Sept. It is August and my new shower is done! I live it. Evan did total job himself. Total removal of old tub into perfect shower in less than three days. He did amazing job. Very satisfied with my experience.

As soon as the supplies came in, I was called, and they started work the next day. They laid down drop cloths and cleaned up after themselves. The plumbing changes that were needed to put in the new shower were done professionally.
