We spent 38,000.00 for them to remodel our master bathroom and replace the vanity and top in the guest bathroom. this work started on 7/16/25 as of today 09/06/25 I am still waiting to fix the guest bathroom. The electric outlet that was installed in the master bathroom does not work and they installed the shower head too high. the guest bathroom they measured wrong so the person installing the vanity cut holes in the walls to install the vanity and you could not open the doors. He also cut holes in the walls to install the sink so the two sinks were in the wall under the electric outlets. The person installing did notify the office on 7/18/25 that the vanity did not fit. No one from the office ever came out to look at it. The we had to wait until the salesman came back from vacation and then the supervisor went on vacation. they finally looked at the issue on Aug 27th and they finally came to change the vanity on 09-05 but when they arrived we found out that the sink was cracked and they could not put it in. As of today 09-06 we sit with a vanity with no draws and no sink. No compensation was ever offered. I have guests coming to visit and no guest bathroom to use.

I purchased a new hot water heater last October. I just had my furnace replaced by a different company and they had to remove the new hot water heater. Upon removing it I noticed a huge dent in the back, 13 in x 19 in. Called customer service to discuss this and was told there's nothing they can do. I originally was really happy with the service, quick and efficient. I did not expect a brand new hot water heater nor a check, but I did expect and do expect some sort of compensation. I will edit this review if and when I feel they've made the situation right.

Waited all day. Called several times. Was told I was still on the list and a repairman would be on the way. Never showed up.

Do NOT use this company unless you want to be charged astronomically higher than what you should be. I had a furnace/air system put in and charged over 10,000 when unit itself costs a little over 3,000. Had pipes in kitchen alone done and charged 2,800 and left the wall out from floor to ceiling where pipes went. Now 5 years after purchasing this unit tried to charge me $800 for a part repair that was under warranty so that was for labor alone went elsewhere and had done for $180. They take advantage of people that aren’t knowledgeable on what stuff like this should cost. Don’t appreciate repeat customers and you will never pay a fair price avoid at all costs.

They asked me for a window of time for them to come give me an estimate - I provided them the days I was available and they chose one. They told me they could not give me a time frame, but would be there that day. On that day, I took off work and waited for them to show up - halfway through the afternoon I get a call from them telling me they do not have a tech available to give me an estimate. What a joke of a company - I could have scheduled with someone else. I'm not sure why Angi's List is associated with them.

Will never use this company again. Had new system installed June 1st, 2022 it’s not July 3rd, 2022. They have had to come out once every week since install because the brand new system they installed continues to freeze up. We paid 12k for the new system and it’s been nothing but issues since. Clearly the technicians are under qualified it should never take this many visits to fix an issue with a BRAND NEW SYSTEM. Not to mention they told us they would replace all the lines when installing New system and didn’t replace any of the coolant lines that run from unit outside to the furnace. This company is waste of money and a giant headache. I have had to spend at least one day a week for the last 4 weeks waiting on Tom Drexler to come out and “Fix” our system. If you want nothing big issues and to waste 10k by all means call 1-Tom-Drexler. - First visit they didn’t wire the thermostat properly -Second visit they said they didn’t charge it with enough coolant -Third Visit still coolant leak charged again and scheduled appointment for “quality control” to come out -Fourth visit they “found s as leak in coils” -Fifth visit they replaced coils and re-charged system -Sixth visit just scheduled due to the system still freezing up. Do yourself a favor and keep shopping because Tom Drexler is a waste of time money. Not normally one to leave reviews but hopefully this will help someone else avoid all the hassle we have been dealing with.

I had my annual HVAC maintenance check this week. I was greeted by a very friendly and professional employee. His name is Bryan Stephens. He did an excellent job while providing exceptional personal service. I was very pleased with the experience . As long as they keep good employees like Bryan, I will be a lifelong customer!!

Shawn B was the technician that came out today. He wad very friendly, with s great personality. Shawn was also very knowledgeable in his job. Would request him if I needed future service call.

I am extremely disappointed and feel scammed by this company. I had a sewer issue, and since they are well known and somehow (no idea how) have good reviews, I decided to go with them. They came out and put a camera down and said they found a root in the sewer. Great. I had them go ahead and do the repair and paid them FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS. We were fine for a couple weeks, then had the same problem again. I called them out and they told me there was another root down the line. It would be TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS to fix it. Called to have them snake the line again, and they refused. I called around to other plumbers. They told me they would have charged us $4,000 to replace the whole line. They also told me they thought the problems we were having were from the work that Tom Drexler did. They also told me they have to go behind and fix a lot of Tom Drexlers work. I called them to have them guarantee their work, and they refused. I paid them FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS, and they don't want to help fix the problem or guarantee their work. I absolutely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! They are supposed to be coming out next week to look at the problem again, after bothering them SO MANY times. So who knows what will come of that. I am hoping they will make the problem right, but don't have much confidence in them at all. Save your money and support a business who will stand behind their work. Hopefully I won't need to contact the BBB.

Well they came in and lied and showed me fake pictures that wasn’t even my furnace and gave me an out rages price my neighbor 94 years old same thing showed her fake pictures and gave her an outrageous price shame on everyone of you all I will get a hold of Tom Drexler personally which now they’re telling me there’s two Tom Drexler ‘s! Oh OK! LOL wow

Do not use Drexler!!!! They prey on the elderly. An elderly friend of mine had a clogged utility sink. After Drexler was finished she was conned into over a $5000 bill. Being on a fixed income, she was again conned into taking out a high interest loan thru Drexler. They are scam artist with elderly people. I believe in Karma! She had another company look at it. They told her the work that was done was"jimmy rigged" and that only $300 worth of parts were used. BEWARE OF DREXLER!!!

A very unprofessional and dishonest Drexler inspector lied to my father during a routine HVAC inspection and pretended to find a cracked heat exchanger and a leak producing fatal levels of CO. He turned off my 71 year-old father's heat in the middle of winter (citing that he legally had to do so) and then tried to scam my dad into signing a $4000 work estimate (far overpriced compared to other companies, of course!). Two second opinions from professional companies revealed that there was absolutely no problem at all. There was no crack. There was no leak. Further, both companies told me that it is absolutely impossible to "accidentally" diagnose what Tom Drexler told us was wrong. Tom Drexler deliberately tried to swindle my dad in a brazen act of fraud. When I called the Drexler office to bring this incident to light, they were not surprised nor concerned. Manager Mike Wells took over a week to return my ongoing calls, and then he avoided my return calls to his cell phone. The company refused to put me into contact with someone "more responsive." This lucrative scheme is obviously something Drexler condones, and the inspectors are likely encouraged to "find" expensive repairs that customers don't need. They unapologetically prey on geriatrics. I am a Yelp Elite and an informed consumer. Tom Drexler is the most crooked company I've ever dealt with and I would highly encourage you to hire someone else.

It went awesome Calvin an his son did a fantastic job.Very clean neat an promt. I recommend this guy's to everyone.Very professional job.Was a little pricey but I'm fine with that because I know that the job is done right.

The charge was over 1000.00. These parts could have been purchased and installed for less than 100.00 easily. Workman was nice and friendly. Would have never agreed to this high cost if I had known the actual cost of parts. His labor on each commode was about 30 minutes each although he stayed most of the day chatting with us.

Done - fine to date. Good workers.

Everything as planned. Technician showed up on time and was very nice and knowledgeable. Told me furnace was in excellent condition. Fair price for good service. I gave this company a poor review previously due to a missed appointment and a bit of runaround, so it's only fair I give them a good review this time as everything went perfect. Will hire again.
