Kevin was extremely professional and easy to work with. He explained everything that they were going to look at and what I might be looking at depending on issues they found. I couldn't ask for a better experience. We are kinda new in town and it's always hard finding somebody to work on your vehicle that you feel you can trust. I have found them in Lexington at Aamco on Winchester Rd.

Called for availability on a Friday morning, and they got me in immediately.  The truck was there about an hour and a half, and they repaired it without charging too much.  They did recommend a tune-up, but weren't pushy about it--in truth, the truck did need a tuneup!
Overall I was very satisfied with the service.

Everything from the first contact with the owner to their completing the service on this car was excellent.

Called a day in advance for appointment. They said first thing in the morning will work. I got there about 10:00. Gone in 30 minutes.

They are very professional and friendly.  Work was done in a timely manner!  Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

1998 Truck:  Driver side widow would not go up or down, replaced motor.
      Knob for heat & ac control, would not adjust air, had to use pliers. They found out panel, not made any more.
     They found replacement at a junkyard.
Pacifica:  Started slowly, when turning key, found battery about dead, replaced with new.
I have 2-company vehicles, 3-personal & I send all friends & family to Ammco.
Great service, & price.
Every time I go there, I just want to stay & chat with Drew & Kelly.

Excellent experience, work completed on time, pleasant customer  service,( thanks Kelli). Fair and reasonably priced, will repeat often for all my vehicle needs.

The driver side front tire and rim blew up on the interstate.  It appears to be a rim failure rather than a tire failure.  The rim and tire came off.  The truck was  towed in after hours and placed it in front of the office.  The tow truck driver said  that the mechanics there would have a dolly to move it, but they didn't.  They were able to work  it out of the way and wait for me to get a tire and rim.  Drew ordered the parts and charged me only 2 hours of labor.  I really appreciate how nice they were in solving a big problem for me.

The work was performed at the Eastland shop.Drew had one of his mechanics, Scott,  check it out and it turned out the rear u-joint was not bolted down correctly.  He fixed that and checked out my fluid levels because I thought the engine oil was too high and was concerned that my transmission fluid might be low.  He found them to be at the proper level which made me feel much better.  I was concerned the the front transmissionseal might be leaking fluid into the engine.  That turned out to be not the case.  Time spent was about 30 minutes.
Drew explained that Eastland AAMACO does provide free diagnosis of problems.  Many times it is something simple and fixed at no charge.This is what happened this time.  Thank you, Drew and Scott.  I feel much better.

Their manager is very easy to work with; he worked with me as far as payments and things like that when I had my transmission done, which was very expensive. Then actually I was out of town shortly after that and ran into some problems, and he was fantastic. He actually called around mechanics where I was and that was 1000 miles away from home, so it was very helpful. I am calling them this week. I will continue to use them in the future.
