Earle was very unprofessional and disrespectful of our property. The last straw of his unprofessional behavior was when he used our bathroom for a number two and left it a mess. It was all over the toilet. The back of the toilet and on top of the toilet seat. He didn't clean it up, we keep all the necessary cleaning products in the bathroom. When my husband confronted him about through text, he apologized. Then he never returned to complete his work. We called the office and his cell numerous times, they never returned our calls. We tried to visit in person but it was a residence address so we didn't approach. Another example is Earle just walking in our house without knocking first.

Was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever encountered. Called several times never return my call. Left a powdery substance all to my house. I will never use this pest control company again.

We've been using Earle's company for about 4 years. We started primarily because of our 2 dogs and a serious flea infestation one particular season. Earle treated the whole house and yard and does quarterly maintenance treatments. Since using him, we never see bugs or fleas in the house. On very rare occasions, we may find one, but it will be belly up! His treatments were so effective, we decided to do our termite contract with him as well. Earle is like part of the family now. He always notices when we've done something different in the house, and comments favorably on our improvements. He calls a day or so ahead to let us know when he's coming and is always on time. jobEarle responded to my call within a short time and was at my house at the time I was given. He said he was a few minutes late but I felt he was on time. he gave me a time of 1 PM and was there by 5 after. He did a very thorough inspection inside and out. He gave me a detailed explanation so I could understand the problem. He gave me an exact price on the job and did not try to extract more. He and his co worker did a great job. I have not seen a single pest since, not even Palmetto bugs which I thought was a given here in SC. I have signed a contract for a reasonable price quarterly to continue keeping the pests away.

The initial treatment was effective, but a few slipped by. Earle kept coming back (at no additional cost) until there were no cockroaches within a mile radius of the place! Would recommend him whole-heartedly.

The most supportive thing about them is that they sprayed everywhere inside the house and they gave us a warranty in case termites came back we wouldn't pay, they would do it free.

I never had a tenant who ever complained. This guy is great. He's thorough. When he says he's going to do something, he does it. If he's going to be late, he calls. I use him in four or five of my properties. I think he does a great job.

Earle(the owner) provided service the same day as I called and arrived right on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explain about these pests, as well as discuss preventative actions. Earle sprayed inside and outside my home, as well as the entire yard area. He used chemicals that won't harm my pets.
Overall, I am highly satisfied with City and Country Termite and Pest Control. There is a 90 day guarantee on the service, so I rest assured that I can call Earle right away if I need his help again during that time frame.

I can write a long glowing review with lots of words in it, however I will not. Like many people when I read reviews all I want to know is this person or company a good fit for me?

After hearing about this company from other residents in my subdivision I searched for and found Earle on Angie's List. Yes, I read the reviews and later I contacted Earle.

I was in the process of refinancing my home and needed a CL-100 (OFFICIAL SOUTH CAROLINA WOOD INFESTATION REPORT) done. Earle came out on time and inspected my home. He also gave an estimate for work that should be done. Earle left me with lots of information to read in order to be a better informed consumer.

Earle is fair and honest. His work is complete and thorough. His price was just right, I found an old coupon for $75 to do a CL-100, Earle said because it was published he would honor it. He currently charges about $95 for this service - still a great price after seeing what he does!

I do not know very much about his profession but if I had a question, Earle had an answer. I will be hiring his company again.

Earl knows his stuff. I did my own research on the products and services. I compared the treatment that Earl performs against other companies' treatments and his seems to be the best.
Earl and Mike came when they said they would and performed the work in a very profesional manner. They even left the house in nicer condition than when they arived.

City and Country arrived on time and completed an extensive review of my property. This house had been uninhabited for some months and contained many pests , mostly spiders. Earle removed all of the existing nests and sprayed around the entire property providing a complete barrier against further infestation. I had him back the next week to provide termite service on my property. City and Country excavated a trench around the entire property even drilling into the concrete walkways. THese holes were later filled after the chemical was inserted.
In both instances I was very satisfied with the workmanshipp and professional attide that this company displayed at all times. I was further amazed that I was only paying whay I considered a small amount for the services performed and the time taken to perform them. I certianly got my moneys worth.

HE CAME AS SOON AS HE COULD I DID NOT HAVE A APPOINTMENT BUT HE CAME AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE. HE WAS VERY PROFESIONAL. HE CAME A SECOND TIME WHEN I CALLED HIM THE NEXT TIME TO TELL HIM THE SPIDERS WHERE TAKING OVER MY BEDROOM. HE CAME OUT QUICKLY. SPRAYED ALL OVER AGAIN AND HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME. HE SEEMS VERY HONEST. We had temite control from another company, it was time to renew. But decided to change compamy after seeing this company working next door. Couldn't be more pleased. Have never had anyone explan things or do as much as this company. Wonderful people
