We originally scheduled a time but he called to let me know that he wasn't able to make it because of new and ongoing issues with a repair he was already working on elsewhere. We scheduled for another time, which he was on time for. The replacement of the faucet was very quick, he was in and out. I think the price paid was fair and competitive.
Nice guy, would do business with again.

Our household waste started to back up from our septic system into our basement shower and toilet so we called the septic service to empty the tank. After the tank was emptied, it was determined that we had a clogged line between the house and the tank. After my husband found the outside access port, he spent 5 hours trying to unclog it using a plumbing snake attached to a power drill. That method was unsuccessful. Our 'regularand quot; plumber was sick and unable to come to our rescue. I got a hold of Kenny and he told me he could come out between 4 and 5 pm. He showed up as promised before 5 pm and had our line unclogged quickly. Kenny was prompt and professional.

He's been great. I really like him. He was recommended by a neighbor who is a retired builder. He has always responded, he does a good job and he's honest.

Arrived on time.  The work was done professionally and with an attention to detail.  Inspected other areas of our plumbing and offered his advice at no charge and recommended against additional expense.  Very pleased with all aspects of the service.  Would certainly use again.

Showed up the next day as planned and on time.  Completed all the work within 1 1/2 hours.
I mistakenly put this under a Lexington plumber, but it was Kenny's out of Berea :)

Kenny did the job as promised and left the house neat and clean after he completed the job. We will definitely use Kenny for our next plumbing need.

I contacted Kenny's Plumbing on Feb 9 to get 3 faucets replaced. We ageed to the morning of Feb 13 as the work date. Kenny called  the morning of Feb 13 to confirm and arrived at about 9:15 am.  He took his time removing the old faucets and installing the new faucets.  He checked for leaks after he was finished.  He cleaned up after himself and disposed of the old faucets.  We were very satisfied.

In 2010, Kenny installed a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal for us.  Again, we were very satisfied.

Kenny is by far the best plumber we have ever worked with.  Very neat and thorough.

Contacted Kenny's Plumbing to repair a pipe that had pulled apart and was leaking.  Kenny is the owner and he did the work himself.  It was a 3" PVC pipe in a difficult to reach spot.  He came out the same day to look at the problem and made an appointment for the next Monday morning to fix.  He was right on time (very appreciated) and the repair took less than 30 minutes.  He had all the parts needed and fixed it right the first time.
