I sent an online request for a quote . I was almost Instantly contacted from a call center in Utah, with somebody who has no idea about Kentucky and most likely lied about living here. He did everything from looking on a map. He was obviously following a script, which is understandable. He did a good job with that part of their process. I have no problem with this, except they insisted on me giving them a credit card just to get somebody to come out to my home. All I wanted to do, was to meet a human who works for the company. They refused to do it, and expected me to pay $700 after spending simply eight minutes on the phone with them. After I told them five times that I didn’t feel comfortable giving my credit card information to them without even meeting somebody from their company, they hung up on me. All I was doing was requesting to have a human being who works for the company here in Louisville, to come to my property so I could meet them and they could actually see what they are dealing with. I’m not sure how they got so many positive reviews.
