"I've been a customer for 19 years and I emailed and asked if they had any cheaper options to what I have. They canceled me (I guess). I've sent several more emails and it shows where they have read them, but no one will answer me. I work various hours and have a lot going on and can't find time to call, so that's why I email them. They can't keep people employed and there has been a different person come in my house every time."

Carpet beetles do not bite humans, but their larvae can cause skin irritation that’s often mistaken for bites. Scented mouse deterrents, like peppermint oil, can be effective in the short term.
