Accutrol Heating & A/C Service

John Ault is no longer in business. His wife said he was in a car accident and is no longer providing any services. This is too bad for he was a wonderful person to work with.

I have used John Ault several times, and I think he does a great job. The first time I used him my furnace had quit working. One repairman told me it would cost so much to fix it that I should just get a new furnace. Someone recommended John, so I called him. He fixed the furnace for $150. That was three years ago and it is still working. Several months ago, my thermostat quit working and he came and replaced that. He is very fair and does good work for a reasonable price. I highly recommend him.

The owner, John Ault, was responsive, hardworking, fair and took great pride in his work. After having difficulty getting my former HVAC man to commit to a date for installation of a new system, my chiropractor recommended John at Accutrol. I called his cell, left a message, and handed my phone to my husband. I needed to take a shower and told him to make an appointment if John called back. Twenty minutes later, I found John in my hall headed to the attic. Now that's responsive! I only had one other bid, but John's was in the same ballpark. So, I believe it was quite fair. He began work within one day of my email acceptance of his bid, while I was still out of town, and worked through the weekend. He walked me through all that he had done, explained how he had altered the existing ductwork for better airflow, and arranged the city inspection. We were very pleased with Accutrol, and will continue to use John for service.

They come when I call them and they are fantastic. They are triple quadruple A rating.

They came right away. The price was reasonable and they did a good job.
