  I have dealt with a contractors here in the Wichita area and Mid-America exteriors are by far the best. What I particularly appreciate what is the fact that went Seth arrived to look at the job and see what I needed he spent time with me listening to my needs and asked all along questions to make sure that I had exactly what I wanted. When he told me that the estimate will be available on a particular day it was there. Also, Joey was very diligent in letting me know the status of my work order, when the work would start, who is coming over and how to contact them if I needed to, and what supplies were in the warehouse and with supplies were still on or and when they were going to get there. I don’t think I could’ve asked for much more than that. The crews that showed up were there when they were supposed to. I even got heads up phone calls they were on their way. The cruise very professional, did an outstanding job, cleaned up, and even followed up by asking me if I was satisfied with the job. If I could put this company on speed dial, I would do it! The roof repair required a couple of steps starting with the least expensive and progressing as needed. When additional work was required, the technician explained the issue with photos and diagrams.   The Honey Do Homes Company provided high-quality windows with excellent installation. This included quality trim work around the windows and doors which was prepared and stained before installation. I was impressed with the number of highly trained professionals they sent out to do the work, and everyone they sent to work on our home was courteous and polite. We had several walls on the inside of the house which needed to be painted during the project, and their on-staff, interior painter did a great job of matching paint and making it a seamless operation. We had expert siding installation and now have a beautiful paint job on the outside of the house as well. At the end of the project, the Honey Do Homes workmen they sent out went around the house and made extra touches to places that they felt could be even better to make sure I was satisfied and happy with the end job. There are a few more windows that will need to be replaced in the future, and I will certainly call Hone Do Homes for this projectshow more

  To give you an example of them going above and beyond customer satisfaction we experienced nail pops to a number of interior walls when our old siding was being removed. We showed Honey Do the nail pops and they painted each wall and fixed the nail pops that had issues due to the siding being taken off at no additional cost to us. I suspect than many contractors doing siding would not have taken responsibility and would say it goes with the job and the homeowner would be responsible in fixing the issue. Honey Do did not think twice, they said it was their issue and they would fix it. Because we've had such bad luck in the past with contractors and we were spending so much money we wanted to make sure we were making the right decision and were going to be happy with our completed job. my wife and I went to Honey Do Homes to tour their shop to see the process they have for preparing and staining windows prior to installation. I can honestly say we are 100% satisfied with how our project turned out and how the entire process went. This is the first project I can say that about. Will and his crew did a great job of setting expectations prior to the job starting, keeping on schedule, keeping us informed along the way, and cleaning up. The entire crew was great and very hard working, my wife always felt comfortable at home with all the workers throughout this project. They protected the carpet and went above and beyond what we expected to make sure the job was done and we were happy when they were done. We have given Honey Do's name to neighbors and even a couple who brought back our dog when she got loose (not Honey's Do's fault, she just likes to go explore from time to time). We will continue to give their name out. You can not go wrong if you have Honey Do. I mentioned earlier that our bid from Honey do Homes was one of the more expensive bids we received. For the first time I can say that we got more than we paid for and am glad we spent a little extra to make sure we would be happy with our home. I'm confident that if we had gone with any of the other contractors we were looking at we would not have been as happy. I will be using Honey Do Home for several more projects and will not waste my time looking for another contractorshow more

  oneyDo is so good it's hard to explain it here. Their work is better than any other I have ever seen, and I've been around a while. HoneyDo's staff is cordial, courteous, highly organized, and do what they promise. Setting up a visit and estimate over the phone was smooth and easy. Their original estimate for requested work was extremely fair, in fact about 60% of what I expected. Their description of what they'd do and how they'd do it was clearly based on doing everything exactly right and showed that these folks are black belts. Well, they say no plan survives contact with reality. Reality struck a couple of days into the job, when investigation of rain leaks revealed the house had not been properly flashed when built 15 years ago. (Flashing is formed sheet metal that diverts rain water away from joints around doors and windows and their sills.) As a result rain water had been pouring down the inside of my exterior walls for 15 years. Water had pooled on the top and bottom of door and window frames, resulting in heavy rot around windows and doors, and within the chimney box. The sheathing was rotted. Framing timbers were rotted. Sills and floor beams were rotted. The wet rot led to insect infestations. YUCK. It was a horrible soggy wretched mess in there. The scope of the repairs was 'way beyond what HoneyDo and I had contracted for. HoneyDo stepped right up to the plate with a good repair plan and very fair estimate. They hardly even missed a beat. I had an estimate in hand within about a day. Their structural repairs were thorough, beautifully crafted, and absolutely sound. They knocked it out of the park on that problem. The house is better structurally now than when new. (In fairness to the builder, aside from the flashing issue it's very well built. And missing flashing is very hard to see on an inspection.) They had to detach the big deck out back to get to some of the damaged structure. That led us to find the deck had been attached to the house wrong when it was built. Another quick conference, repair plan, estimate, and away they went fixing that perfectly, too. The structural repairs attended to and siding and trim all nicely repaired (can't tell new from original build), the painting was done. Wow! I have never, ever, seen a house so well painted. I am not kidding. They cleaned everything meticulously, made tiny repairs all over the place, caulked the house like it had to float (with smooth even sightly beads, and used very high quality caulk), removed guttering and trim so everything would be painted, and put on a thick, smooth, glossy coat of top-end 25-year-warranty Sherwin Williams paint. Lovely! The trim work features deep colors, straight clean trim lines, and generally a great deal of care taken. They painted the removed gutters and even touched up the head of the sheet metal screws that hold the guttering together, then reinstalled everything. Their cleanup was absolutely meticulous. They cleaned up EVERYTHING. They cleaned up my yard like it was a palace ground just before the King's Parade. They even washed my windows. HoneyDo's work crews have obviously had serious training in customer service. They are punctual, courteous, neat, and work quickly but without haste. The place looks fabulous, like a brand new house. All its problems are fixed perfectly. I am HAPPY. What a great company! What great peopleshow more

  great crew of installers. worked fast , installed my slider door and did a good job. however my alarm was not reconnected, as I was told we now need to contact our security company to reattach wires for door bell ding that occurs when door opens.
