"My brother and, my father before him, have relied on the excellent work and competitive bids for the wrapping of soffit and eaves, basement window replacements and, most recently, the two bathrooms remodeled which my brother and his wife absolutely love. Because of that high recommendation, I always give Mid America Exteriors, and their great salesman and project coordinator, Seth, a chance at bids. The most recent bid was quite competitive for replacement windows, which are top of the line, but was not in my budget at the present time since I had higher priority improvements that needed to be done first. In the excitement of the great deal Seth made, I signed but had to back out days later because of the other things I needed to get done first. I would like to thank the owner, Dave Becker, for allowing me to back out of the deal. Dave is a excellent person and a perfect gentlemen and I can see why both my brother, and my father (God rest his soul) have relied on Mid America Exteriors for their needed home improvements over the past 20 years. They always put in very quality products and at very competitive price. I would recommend Mid America for whatever work you need to have done on your home. They should always be a go to for a bid. We are currently not offering any Kitchen Remodeling Services. Since 1992 we have provided the highest quality siding (James Hardie Preferred Remodeler), windows, doors and guttering with professional installation for homes in Wichita, KS, and the surrounding areas.
"Had several problems with them residing my house. First of all, the dumpster was supposed to be at my house early in the morning on the day that they started. It did not show up until 6 pm that evening so the old siding was on my grass all day and killed some of it. After they were done, I checked everything and found they messed up my electrical, did not hook the exhaust hose back up when they installed a new vent. The project manager was not any help, so I had to call the owner. Eventually they got an electrician out to fix everything and I hooked the exhaust hose up myself and now everything is good but the fact that they said they were done and left things a mess if what bothered me. It took a couple weeks to fix, and it should have been done in 4 days. Most people probably don't check everything like I did so who knows if they did this to other homeowners."

"Great local small business. Super responsive and answered my numerous questions along the way. Work started on time and finished on time despite rainy weather. Very kind and professional team that installed my fence. And when they say integrity they mean it. While digging a post hole they hit a sprinkler line and immediately told me. Explained why they chose that spot to dig and I totally agreed with them that I would not have thought the sprinkler hose was there either. Had a sprinkler guy already scheduled to service my system the next day and he checked the hose and there was no damage. Love that they took responsibility right away even though there was no damage. Did a great job saving the sod in the post holes, cleaning up the dirt and putting the lawn back together at the end of the job. Their estimate was slightly higher than some other local big businesses but I alway try and hire mom and pops when I can and am really happy that I hired this one. Completely worth the money. "
