This addresses the response from Mr Handyman to my original review. Unfortunately there isn't much truth to that response. The only reason the project was more complicated than some was because it wasn't installed correctly. When the technician expressed it would not fit I offered to have someone familiar with the shower install to guide him but he refused. He also could have called the company's 800 number and they would have walked him through the installation. The only thing discussed prior to starting the work was the cost and time needed which I agreed to but didn't happen. There were definitely two chips and they were not dirt or debris. After Mr Handyman chose not to take responsibility to have them fixed I spoke to Ferguson's who I purchased the shower from and they understood the importance have a happy customer. They promptly repaired the chips at no cost to me even though it wasn't their responsibility and stated they would deal with Mr Handyman if needed. I informed Mr Handyman of the repair. Stating the technicians removed the debris or dirt was untrue since it was chips and not dirt or debris. The only truth was the trimming of the enclosure with no cost to me. If they would have installed it correctly there would not have been a need for trim which consisted of what looked like pieces of wood from a trash bin that were tacked around the shower. The repairman showed up on time and quickly repaired the problem. It seemed there was no wasted motion. The repair was done quickly and everything was done to my complete satisfaction the first time. I want to hire these people again. Thank you Mr Handyman!

Service was efficient, punctual, and friendly. There were some scheduling conflicts but the staff was always on top of it and on time!

They are always fast, efficient, reasonably priced, honest and done right.

Both jobs were unusual. First was in a plaster and lathe ceiling. Second was on a very tall chimney. These craftsmen are great. I have tight scheduling and when you make an appointment, you make an appointment. I was really nervous about how much they charge (why I started with a small job ;-]). Don't be. Give them a try.

They have done multiple renovations for us. Plumbing, drywall repair.

Very good from start to finish. Office staff was great. Handyman knew what he was doing and was very professional. Cleaned up when he was done. Worth the money.

It went very well. Really appreciated the technician going over each part of the job and estimate; explaining what would be done, why, and cost. The roof repair required a couple of steps starting with the least expensive and progressing as needed. When additional work was required, the technician explained the issue with photos and diagrams. We were very satisfied with the end result.

He did a great job fixing the problem at our rental property. I have used Mr. Handyman for several years for my own home and several rental properties. I have always been very satisfied.

It went very well the employee was courteous and I thought fairly fast. He painted the wall with a sealer coat, waited for it to dry then put a skim coat of sheetrock mud on the wall. He came back the next day sanded the wall smooth then applied another skim coat of sheetrock mud.

I used Mr. Handyman to lower some cabinets in our garage, paint them and and also paint our stairs. and a couple doors. Jerry, our technician, did a fabulous job. He worked quickly, offered some advice and we could tell he was experienced. The project was completed in record time and everything looks great - he also cleaned up the area for us and removed the trash left behind. We will be using their services again! Like Share

Professional and excellent work

I had them fix my glass storm door and I had to argue with the owner Bob S. to come back and fix the work they did. He didn't want to come back but finally made an appointment and had Mike P come out to take a look and he admitted it was not done correctly. They had to order a part to fix this door and till this day it still isn't fixed nor has no one contacted me to advise. Although they have been fully paid since day one.

We are still waiting on a price from the company. Ron Foster has been excellent so far.

It went fine

Bob, the owner, went the extra mile to come out late in the evening to light the pilot for the hot water heater. Due to the gas leak, the gas company tech had to turn the gas off to check the meter, then was able to turn it back on but he couldn't get the water heater working. This was for a household of 5 who needed showers for work, school, and sports. The next day Rick came back to work on the source of the leak, found a packing nut was loose and tightened it which completed the final fix of the problem. Both Bob and Rick were friendly and competent, answering all our questions and finding the least expensive good solution for the issue.
