"Horrible service. My father in law was paying almost 250 a month. Then when he tried to cancel his services. The man who he had signed up with acted like he was new. But my father in law had his contract from 2019. The customer service on the phone was horrible as well. I tried to explain why my father in law wanted to drop them and the lady copped an attitude with me then hung up. When we told them what we would be paying for another company they tried to get us to stay with us paying more than the other company. On multiple occasions they wouldn’t pick up because a vehicle was ‘to close’ or there was a ‘branch’ in the way. These vehicles and branches were not to close more were they in the way. Would not waste my money there."

"Ordered dumpster and req p/u 7 days later. They gave me a date for p/u but never showed up and didn't inform me. I waited at home all day. The next day after heavy rain they arrived and decided not to p/u because ground was wet. Driver informed that since it was their decision not to p/u I wouldn't be charged extra $150 trip fee..LIAR! THEY BILLED THE $150 TO MY CARD AND REFUSE TO REFUND. They now want me to tell them when to p/u the dumpster...why...so they can decide the ground is wet and bill me another $150. I deal with lots of reputable businesses and thought they were a good company...now I will have to spend my time and money in court to force them to do the right thing.....SHAME ON YOU BUDGET DUMPSTER! After posting this they are now trying to bill additional $125 in late pickup fees....BEWARE...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY!"
