Installed 2 new garage doors and hardware in my residence. Great communication with the technician and office personnel. Excellent fit and finish. Recommend for any garage door repair or replace.

The response was fast. Very pleased there. However it was $640.. to repair garage door and we were not told what it would cost until he was done. Paid by check and no receipt was issued. Felt a bit taken advantage.

Eli was professional and very knowledgeable which was especially helpful when it came to downloading and using the app to control my garage doors. Originally planned to add 1 new opener but liked it so much as well as Eli’s attention to detail and also efficiency with the first install he also replaced my existing opener. Think it’s rare to find someone in the service industry so attentive and customer centric as Eli.

Appreciated that it was a family owned business! Very friendly people, forthright and open.

I called around 4 pm. I was told Eli would be here around 6:30-7. I got a call back saying there was a cancellation & was I home now? He could be here in 15 minutes & he was. Eli looked at the door opener & gave me several options if he couldn’t get it adjusted & that if I needed a replacement opener, how much it would cost & how soon it could be installed. Luckily he got it adjusted. But when it really quits ( and it may be soon because the gears in the motor are plastic ) I will most definitely be calling The Door Pros!

From the first phone call to book my appointment to when my service was done it took less than 24 hours. Their quote was 1/3 of the price of the ?big guys?. They were polite and quick. I will never use anyone else to repair to replace my doors.

They installed a new garage door opener that I can control from my phone! I can’t believe how quiet the opener is! The installation was very quick and efficient. No trash was left behind. We cannot recommend them enough!
