  Jonathan was great! He was earlier than the time quoted and contacted me to see if that would work. He inspected the attic in regards to the fireplace, cleaned the fireplace and chimney. Video inspected the flue. Checked for gas leaks. Inspected the outside and roof of the chimney. Went over report with me and made recommendations. Report was easy to read and understand. I had the report in my email before he left! Jonathan answered all my questions and was friendly. He cleaned up and brought equipment needed. I would hire again, especially with their response time. Inquired on Sunday and appointment on Tuesday!!

  Service was recommended by a friend of my wife's. Made several calls in an attempt to have an estimate made on a tree damaged by a wind storm. Finally had a return call where he stated that he would be by my house on a Wednesday or Thursday. Never showed or called. Contacted him the following week and he advised that he would be by on Saturday (this was on a Thursday); he called back that day and stated that he could be by that day at around 5:30 pm. He showed up near that time and he provided an estimate of $500 to $550 which was negotiated to $450 with the work to be done on or about August 1st. Never heard back from him <br /

  I&nbsp;had sprinkler system installed and downspouts hooked to underground drains. They sent a crew and work started but they did not hook the downspouts to underground drains, left huge piles of dirt clods grass etc that was dug out while tenching, edging pavers were strewn about, and they did not install the hoses on the flower beds for drip irrigation.&nbsp; Could not get anyone to retun my phone calls. Holes were left and I couldn't walk in my yard. <br /> I sent pictures to their President. Finally, they did come back and look at the mess, apologized and had a crew raked up all the debris, reseed the bare areas, and hook up the downspouts&nbsp;but they did not finish the job.&nbsp;Still have not returned my calls. <br /> I will contact different landscaping company to install drip lines in flower beds. <br /
