Came on time, installed some new rollers improved operation. Employee was friendly, courteous and helpful.

Charles called and gave an estimated time of arrival. He found a few issues with my door, offered some options, and completed the work in the time frame he had suggested. The company sent his photo in advance. Garage doors are nothing to fool with. Charles was great to interact with and brought me up to code. The cost was reasonable.

They were really good about going over all my options and how much each would cost. I got the needed maintenance done.

The technician came out the same day! The opener was replaced, everything was explained, and a problem with another garage door was noted and fixed.

Ok, I had to haggle the quote down, but we came to an agreeable number. AJ did a good job and cleared up after. Definitely recommend him.

The grand total was a little over $500, which stung a little, but: Im so glad I called! Our garage door was at serious risk for falling off of the tracks! We have a double enforced door that can handle Kansas windstorms and the permanent damage that would have occurred had we not called, would have been three times more! He was on time, professional, straight forward and efficient! Would definitely call again!

The service man showed up on time and performed the checks then gave me a verbal and written detail explanation of the service performed and outcome.

It was great.  It was definitely an A.  I just felt like it was a great experience.  The guy came and did what he needed to do, he fixed the problem I had, which was a minor problem, and it was reasonable. 

It turned out well, he fixed the problem. He was going to charge me more then $35 and I said no I did this through Angies List and he was like oh. He came on time. He came really quickly after I called.

It went real good. Price was very reasonable. They are wonderful people. They were out here real fast. He forgot something and had to go back to the shop. I even got some cards, I know some people that need their garage doors worked on. What stood out the most was they’re willing to be here and completed the work and not bug me every 5 minutes. They did not need my assistant for anything. I got the rest of my work done in the house.

Nice guy, knew what he was doing, didn't try to sell me a bunch of things I didn't need, would use again. B for responsiveness was only bc I had to call them (Angie's List said they would contact me) and they couldn't find the order ar first.

I purchased a coupon deal through Angie's List, setup 3 scheduling options and waited for Pro Garage Door Repair to call. After several days of waiting, I called the company and was informed that they never receive an order from Angie's List and advised I should call Angie's List to resolve the issue. So, I did, I called Angie's List and they confirmed an order was placed and that they were going to talk to Pro Garage Door Repair and get everything squared away. After playing the back and forth game of calling and emailing, and getting no where, I cancelled the order and requested a refund. I never got a call back from Pro Garage Door Repair. Very unprofessional. I would never do business with this company again!

This contractor experience was everything I could ask for. Really. The quote was free so I wasn't forced to make any commitments. Pro Garage Door Wichita is the real deal. One great thing was the fact that they stuck to the schedule and even gave me a warning call to let me know when they were close to the house. The contractor seemed like an honest guy, the kind you won't mind in your home.

Garage Door Service and are glad we did.  Can't say enough good things
about this company.  If it was an option, we would give them more than 5
stars. Not only was the problem fixed, the tech inspected the whole garage door
system to make sure that everything else was in perfect & safe operational  order.

Our garage door kept get
stuck while it was attempting to open, and I observed there was a large crack
in the top panel where the lift attaches.  I was fearful that we would
 have to replace the entire door.  I chose Pro Garage Door service
based on online review recommendations so Pro Garage Door was who I called. I got an
appointment and a ballpark estimate.  Dennis arrived and immediately
diagnosed the problem; the lifting mechanism was not installed properly. a big
metal strut and new connections and all is new and good.  He even put a
plank over the cracked wood. Very happy. Thank you Dennis & Pro Garage Door

To get my garage door fixed
I called A1 to fix a broken spring on our garage door.  I used them before
many years ago when I replaced a garage door. I recognized Bobby when he come
over.. the same guy as before! a very nice guy.  He came when he said he
would.  I absolutely hate sitting around waiting for service people.
 A1  prices were very reasonable. I know because I called around.
 I would recommend A1  to anyone who is looking for a good garage
door guy & company.

I had Stewart from A1
Garage Door repair replace my trashed garage door opener. I
called Saturday afternoon and he arrived Monday morning as
planned. He called shortly before arriving, so I'd know when to be home. After
installing the new opener, he tuned up the door  which meant replacing
some bolts, tightening  others at no extra charge. Total price was around
$350, including a second remote. Good guy, Stewart. Likes his job, you can
tell. A real pleasure to deal with .I had the same positive experience with him
a few years ago, when the garage door cables broke. Stewart is great. I
wouldn't call anyone else.

world of garage doors!  when my garage door busted I needed repair. I
called A1 . they send Andrew who walked me through all these parts & why I

of the arm that attaches to the door opener. but it looked bad. A1?s guy Robert
needed some extra parts and got the job done. The fix works beautifully and it

I have had the pleasure to
use A1 Garage Door Service on two separate occasions, and both times they
delivered the goods. Arrived within a couple hours of my call & scheduled
appointment.  and had the parts on the truck to get the job done quickly
and professionally. The first time I called A1 Garage Door Service my truck was
 stuck in the garage and I could not open the door to get it out. I called
A1..they had the problem diagnosed. about 45-minutes later, my garage door was
working perfectly. I feared that I needed a new garage door opener, but was
told that the problem was simply a tired spring on the door. They got me outta
there quickly, and explained everything to me thoroughly. I really felt good
about the service I received. So much that I called them again when I moved
into our new house and needed some repair on that door. Again it wasn't a
