They were very responsive to what was a small job & did the work quickly. I had used other Wichita glass companies in the past but decided to get a bid from them this time and was surprised that they were about 25% cheaper than the others.

We stopped in the showroom and decided on the type of door and glass we wanted. We ordered it and they called and came out in less than a week(7/23/13). On August 5 we called and told them we were ready to have the doors installed. On 8/8/13 the doors were installed.

They did an excellent job. They were friendly and professional. They did the job right.

After calling another glass company that did not call me back, I called Bell who called back right away, came to my house, reviewed my needs and called me the next day with a proposal. When here they noted that a couple of the wood frames were getting bad (the windows are 37 years old) and I might prefer to replace the whole window (which they don't do so I felt very comfortable with their honesty). They made the insulated glass in a few days and called to set up installation right away. While here they kept me informed of their activity, took only two or three hours to install the glass in frames that were very difficult to apply into. The workmen were through, friendly and cleaned up fully after their work. I'd certainly use them again.

Excellent work. Excellent attitude. Price matches skill level. In my mind they can do no wrong. Excellent craftsmen.
