He cleaned and sealed the concrete patio, power washed, replaced a few boards on the sides of the deck and used a semi-transparent stain the deck/bench seating/side boards. At first, I hired Rick to do some repair work on the small platform deck at my rental property; he did such a great job that I hired him to repair the platform deck on my primary home as well.
