We use commercial grade, oil base, 100% penetrating oil, transparent preservatives, and generally can provide 3 year to 7 year warranties for tint retention, wood preservation, and mold/mildew inhibition, depending on wood type and the surrounding environment. We also specialize in stripping away old transparent and semi-transparent coatings from wood. Once the wood is exposed, bare, and dry, we apply our oil base preservatives.
