"Scott was fantastic! He runs a very good business and was professional and efficient. I had put off cleaning out the vent for the dryer for a long time. I don’t recommend doing that. He pulled out two old bird nests and a new bird nest. He even checked out our dryer to make sure the temperature was correct. On a sidenote, asked him to take a look to gutters while he was up there and he cleaned one out too. Highly, highly recommend this business. That kind of service is hard to find nowadays."

"I needed to find a company who could reroute my dryer vent in my home. Upon calling around it was hard to find someone who would do a smaller job. So I decided to make an Angi's post to see what I might could get. I was contacted by Matthew at Purity Air Restorations. He came to my home, inspected what needed done, was very knowledgeable on the best way to reroute the dryer vent and then gave me an estimate - very fairly priced. Then was able to put me on his schedule quickly. On the day of the job, his guys that installed the dryer vent, were professional, friendly, cleaned up their work mess and did a great job on their work. I am very pleased with my dryer vent. I would like to add that I did have one piece on my dryer vent that was a little tricky and Matthew went over and beyond what I anticipated trying to help me with it. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future! "

After sitting around for 90 days, they rushed the job and threw out roughly 60% of non-salvageable items without documenting what was tossed. This means that we will roughly lose $80,000 from our claim. At first, the owner claimed the iPad that housed our data was stolen and later broken. When I asked for a police report they changed their story and they simply do a good job of documenting everything that was tossed. They also didn't perform a thorough dry-out, so it appears we now have a mold issue. They were supposed to share daily moisture logs and we never received any data from them. I've helped over 60 ServPro locations across Canada with UX/customer experience and never imagined a company could be this bad under the ServPro name. Avoid at all costs, because their poor service will cost you in the end. Note: It wasn't even ServPro that performed that Matterport scans, yet they keep bringing them up as if they performed these scans.
