With the purchase of a new home, we really wanted to get the air ducts cleaned and those pictures told the whole story. Great. They had an appointment before my guests arrived for Christmas. Had been some years since we'd had it done, and I wanted to clean thoroughly to lessen allergic responses from environment and pets. The tech(sorry I don't remember his name) was careful with my floors and home. He explained the procedure (if I had gone to the website, I would have read a complete description--great job, Mite-e-ducts! Helpful and informative website!) and proceeded to set up the process. Unfortunately, his truck broke down and he had to undo (move the door covering, reel the hose back onto the broken truck) and wait for someone to bring a functional truck to the house, but once he got that, he methodically and efficiently cleaned them all out. He was even-keeled and professional about the delay on a cold and busy day. It could have frustrated anyone. With a coupon pointed out by the scheduler, I also got my dryer vent cleaned for free. The tech also replaced the outdoor flap vent at no charge with a cage around it to keep small critters out (I live in the woods.) I really appreciated his courtesy, helpfulness, good temperament and professionalism. My house is large and has lots of ducts to clean. My guests noticed the difference in their comfort. I definitely recommend Mite-E-Ducts to anyone.

It went even better than expected! When they couldn't get through the vent they actually went to the crawl space and opened up the duct to find the clog! They also made sure our difficult dryer connections were put back perfectly. We have lived in our house 27 years and I don't remember the last time our dryer worked so well! Quick and painless

The technician was on time and very professional. He began by tracing the original vent into the attic where the vent was depositing lint directly into the attic! He addressed the problems with me before offering to run the vent to the outside for the same price as the cleaning would have cost. He also replaced the dryer hose that the dryer delivery guys had ruined when they installed my new dryer about a week before. Overall I'm very satisfied with the services provided!

Excellent. From booking the service over the phone to the service call I was very pleased. The girls at the scheduling desk are amazing. I am a property manager in the area and they have done 2 different homes this year and my tenants are very happy. Worth paying a bit more to a company that specializes in this.

Tim was thorough and professional. He was here for almost four hours, and cleaned every vent and cold air return. Our dryer vent is long and twisted because the dryer is in the center of the house. He cleaned out about a grocery sack full of lint, and our dryer gets done faster now.
