"What a pleasant, easy experience! I worked with Damon, who spent this week finishing up a bunch of projects in my rental property. He was very straight with me about what I could do on my own to save myself a few $$, and went above and beyond pointing out things that I would want to consider looking into in the future (i.e. - he discovered that my furnace starter is out - I might not have noticed until next winter!).
