They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

"Rude. Incompetent. Extraordinarily lazy. They will rush through your inspection as quickly as possible. They don't investigate anything. They won't get on your roof, unscrew anything, peak inside an attic or crawl space - They won't even bend down to look inside a sink cabinet. All the while, they'll act like you're an inconvenience for being present and asking questions. Their report looked like it was put together by an 8th grader and they missed many obvious and critical things in the inspection. It took them less than 3 hours to complete an inspection of a 100 year old 3 unit building with approximately 4000 sq ft. Please note that for the red flag that it is and avoid this company! "
