"Daryl Knox scheduled a convenient time very quickly after I contact him. He and another employee arrived on time and got right to work. I had already uncovered a portion of the septic tank (to confirm its location) so they uncovered a bit more to find the cap and got to work pumping. The tank was located far from the driveway, but they had plenty of tubing length to reach it. They pumped it out quickly, keeping the vaccuum hose at the bottom of the tank to reach the sludge, gave me a clear assessment of the system, checked to ensure water was reaching it by having me flush the toilet, and gave me some basic instructions on how to keep it operating and when next to pump (2-3 years).
They then helped me fill the dirt back in over the tank (though I said I would do this on my own) and did not charge me a digging fee.
