"it's amazing how worthless you are when it suites there agenda. I did a great job at a fair price. the called out of town for a tragedy messaged when I returned 3 months later...the switch lid wad knocked into the well by customer. not me. wish them luck, there is always a reason people have a hard time talking nice about people.."
"Yes, I had a family death outside of the state and I had somebody call and Inform him. the issue is I told him from the beginning. It is more than likely the well that it needs to be dug up, But we chose to try the pump first.... He blames me for over charging. However it was fair priceing. I feel for him to having to drill a well. But nothing I did created that, And there was no way to know for sure until after we tried to change the pump. unless he would have allowed me to dig it up. Because it was a buried well and he did not wanna pay me to dig it up first. Which I would have preferred to do."
"Please read and refer to previous reviews...I was not told the pressure dropped. I was told that it would pump only twenty pounds... even if I had been told that the pump would have been pulled anyway, as who would just start digging in a yard with no signs of a leak.AND a bad check valve on the pump could cause pressure drop anyways so you would start there. We did what should have been done with the information we had. I even mentioned that there could be a leak but assumed it was in the well since as he said there were no signs of water leaking in his yard."
