The work was extensive - jack-hammering through our slab foundation to get to and replace a large section of drain pipe. Technicians were very conscious of trying to keep the mess to a minimum - as much as possible with all the work! Only frustration was with the scheduling - they did have to change dates/plans at the last minute on us a couple of times - seemed like they were a little over-booked."

The initial process took about 3 days to complete, but the workers were very respectful with my personal property since they had to enter my bedroom to get to the basement. Everything was covered in plastic that couldn’t be moved to avoid getting dust everywhere. When they were all done, they made sure to clean up after themselves. The foreman even asked for a broom to clean up some dirt on the floor. I’ve had a couple problems since then, but they are very quick to respond, and everything has been covered under the lifetime warranty."
