Empire Today - Indianapolis

No other installer would take on my small repair project. Empire was not only willing, but they also gave a great price and scheduled me only 2 days later! Wayne (salesman) was very polite and knowledgeable, and the install crew was quick and courteous.

The quote was very professional, with accurate measurements. The end product was done very well and we are happy with what we chose. It was a little disappointed that the workers brought a microwave and ate lunch upstairs. I would have absolutely let them eat in my kitchen. Overall a really great experience.

Need to make sure that the subcontractors clean up sufficiently after installation work.

My experience was not bad. I believe the cost should have been a bit cheaper, considering my small kitchen. The installer did a good job.

Empire did not give the contractors an adequate amount of flooring to complete the job, limited communication and the transition strips provided were not correct. Had two no-shows at the start of the project. The contractors were professional and polite. Empire did give me a credit, however, did not correct the transition strips. Bad experience overall with Empire.

Salesman friendly, installers did good work and quick however we were over sold on the amount of carpet needed to do project and trying to get resolved is near impossible. Multiple closed tickets without resolve or even a call back. Promises of call backs with none. It has been a week sines install and still no one has attempted to even try and resolve. Main customer service number cannot do anything. Shame as the product is good, customer service for any concern terrible. Be very careful with regard to your quote Would not recommend at this point

Very high pressured sales tactics. The salesperson was not very clear on what I was signing and agreeing to. Be mindful to read everything they provide. The installation went smoothly but I would not recommend this company to friends.

If I could I would give less than 1 star. By far one of the worst contracting experiences I have ever dealt with. Incompetent sales people and installers as well.

The salesman told me about the sales that were available and made sure that I got the best one for me. The installers were polite and very careful of my mom's china cabinet. They cleaned up after the project was finished both inside and outside my home.

I hear that Empire has a 50% discount for buying and installing wood flooring.

I created my order on 10/11/2021 and canceled my order on 10/14/2021 because the salesman made promises to me took my deposit and the installation crew wanted full payment BEFORE the flooring was installed. I said I will pay when the work is done. Still waiting on my deposit to be returned. I will not use Empire again and I would not recommend them. Very disappointed.

They were professional and the job was perfect!

I cancelled my order on 05/24/21 And i finally got results after a serious of broken promised on 07/08/21.I felt that my money was taken by the salesman and I was promised that It would be returned the next day and I finally got the deposit today in 2 separate transactions with a credit card. I have never been so unsatisfied with a business in my life

I have many issues and nothing has been resolved yet. I will not be using them again!

Fluency in English was a problem, otherwise the installers were personable and accommodating. They accidentally cut a wire in our security system, so a further contractor had to be hired to fix the problem.

They are fantastic!

Estimate was very thorough and well explained, appt was set within less than a week! Installation team was incredible and our entire home was done within 2 days! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Empire Today!!! 5 stars all around!!!

A very great experience

Knowledgeable sales person and skillful installers made for an excellent buying experience.

Watch the sales people. Make sure they relay and write down Everything that needs done! I was promised things that did not happen and it has created an eyesore.
