They even worked through lunch and into the evening to get to a good stopping point where they were able to turn the water back on for us. They first came and used a scope to view the drain under our house and gave us honest information and proposed solutions. The work was extensive - jack-hammering through our slab foundation to get to and replace a large section of drain pipe. Technicians were very conscious of trying to keep the mess to a minimum - as much as possible with all the work! Only frustration was with the scheduling - they did have to change dates/plans at the last minute on us a couple of times - seemed like they were a little over-booked."
