"My husband and I began looking for a home in the area three years ago. In one of the houses we looked at, the cabinets were beautiful and were made by MCC. When we did our new home build we knew no one one else would build our cabinets. We couldn't have been more pleased with the attention and time spent by MCC to make our cabinets into the fine furniture they are . The special lighting features, drawer spice rack, under cabinet mixer stand and kitchen utensil pull out made our kitchen a wonderful place to prepare meals. Working with MCC was truly a blessing."

"At the beginning the work started well but by the end the quality of work especially the drywall was subpar. Tom is slow in getting a quote to you but does respond. Tom is very nice but his staff is not professional especially Dave. I thought with Tom being in business as long as he has would be able to provide in a professional manner quality work. It is not true. Tom asked if I wanted his guys to take up the carpet. I thought ok. However, they tore up to 10 inches of drywall off many of the walls. They attempted to repair them but the work was subpar. I thought they were winding up work so I contacted the painters. The painters came in. There was tension between the paint foreman and Tom's crew. They were squabbling like elementary children on the playground. (I am not happy with the painters either but this is a separate matter) The walls unfortunately got painted with the poor drywall job. The painter did provide a drywall person to repair the worse spots. There are still poor spots on the walls but I wanted Tom and his crew out of my space. Each of the respective parties were blaming each other. This behavior is so unprofessional. On Friday last week, Dave was yelling at me over errors I did in trying to improperly apply color to the walls so I could see what it looked like (I applied the paint way before any drywall began). Again, because of poor communication the painters just painted over the poor drywall job. I did agree to pay for it since it was my mistake that should have been brought to my attention long before it was even painted over. Dave did such a bad job that there were air bubbles in the drywall because he did not let it set before he painted over it. Tom did have his other guy fix it. It looks better but not perfect. I had Tom put two new toilets in the space. There is now a big gash in the brand new floor where the floor doe not meet the toilet. There was not even going to be an attempt on Tom's part to fix this. In my opinion, all of the unnecessary drywall could have been avoided by properly having his guys take up the carpet right to begin with. I paid over $8,000 for unnecessary drywall, If you only have Tom's crew do the bare minimum that you need done for your project, then you are in good shape but BEWARE of them doing anything extra as it will cost you!"

"It was excellent! Our family could not be anymore satisfied with Mike and Judy's professional guidance and attention to detail, for our total kitchen remodeling. We are a family of five and Mike worked daily, persistently, to get us back into our kitchen. Everything went smoothly, ordering cabinets and countertops, flooring and tile .We were impressed with Mike's cleanliness. He would sweep and organized his tools and have everything he used for the day put up and out of our way. Mike has an eye for detail. Our family could not be any happier with our new, beautiful, modern kitchen, thanks to Mike and Judy Banter! We would highly recommend them!!"

"Had water damage inside house. I had 2 other contractors come out. One said tuck pointing was needed to fix the problem. Other contractor said bay window roof and flashing at the brick and siding transition needed replaced. Boss of 2nd contractor later confirmed tuck pointing was needed and the roof and flashing work was not. Joey was the third person to check out my problem and he said tuck pointing and caulking was needed. He responds very quickly to set appointments for estimates and the actual work. He did a great job. He did not replace some bricks that the other contractor was going to replace, but Joey did the job for half the price. He caulked the 2 cracked bricks to keep water out."

"This review is based on my experience with Miracle Method of Indianapolis. I have used this process before in another home and found it to be the best option as I do not like grout. This last project was exhausting and after numerous attempts to get it resolved I contact CDH. They were more than willing to help me and took a lot of time on the phone to help me. In the end I had to finish with Miracle Method as they already had 100% of the funds. I will also state that I incurred additional fees in plumber trip and new fixtures that were damaged as to a bad tape job. I wish I would have called CDL first. Please beware of Miracle Method."

"Superior Bath in Indianapolis did such a great job with our bathroom shower install. We were hesitant in having this work completed due to needing the work completed in a quick manner. The entire staff was helpful and professional. "

"Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! We recently made the mistake of contracting with A&A Pronto for an update to our stair railing. They left us with no railing or balusters on our second floor (including a 2-story entryway) for over 3 weeks after they removed the existing railing without materials to complete the job. They tried convincing us to use substandard materials to get the job done sooner. They claim to be carpenters, but apparently donâ t own a saw horse. They cut all the wood on our concrete walkway which resulted in some damage to the wood. They applied stain to the hand-rails in our lawn (on a hot windy day in direct sunlight). They didnâ t apply the stain properly so it turned out looking more like paint than stain. We had to stop the job several times for poor work and specifications of the contract not being followed. They also ruined the finish on one of our interior doors after getting oil-based stain on it. Their response to our concerns was dismissive and antagonistic. This was definitely the worst home-improvement experience weâ ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else. Based on our experience, you will be very disappointed if you consider A&A Pronto for any carpentry work!!!"
