Our bathroom was 20+ years old and needed updating. Mr. McAvoy came and asked what we had in mind. He was great at listening and understanding not necessarily what we said, but what we actually had in mind. He made some suggestions to help make updates but keep the cost down, e.g., a way to keep the very large mirror in the bathroom so we didn't have to replace it because of one small area. He also pointed out some things that we could do to help match the area around the tub (which we were keeping), to the new shower and countertops. Once we had the plans, we went into the store and worked with Dawn to pick out tile, shapes, colors, doors, faucets... it's amazing all the decisions you have to make for a bathroom. She was extremely patient while we swapped out countertop and tile colors, and always explained why she made some of the suggestions she did. They scheduled us several months in advance but still started right on time, and finished before the expected end date. Mr. Donnie oversaw the workers and kept us up to date at every step. Even the painter - she matched the new paint in the bathroom to the existing paint in the bedroom. It was perfect. I can't describe the transformation, everything was just so much nicer than anything we expected. I'm SO GLAD we listened to everyone who helped us - we could not have created such an amazing final product on our own. I would have them back to do anything in our house. They were clean, did not leave even a drop of water or paint anywhere, and even came back to install a shower hook that we forgot to ask them to order. Mr. Donnie was very professional, answered lots of questions for us, and made sure we were happy with everything. Thank you Tremain!

They did an excellent job. They even took a large garden tub out and they put a whirlpool in. It is an all new bathroom. I would hire them again and I would highly recommend them.

The remodel went very well. We love it! Dawn was awesome at helping us design and choose options. Jim was very flexible in any changes or questions we had. Jose and Oscar are very hard workers. Jose knows his tile and really wants you to be happy with the finished product. Their pricing was competitive. Overall, what we liked is that they were flexible from start to finish on any changes or options we brought up and truly want to make sure you are happy with the finished product.

The entire team at Tremain and their granite supplier, StoneSmith (which I'll also review separately), were great to work with and patient in answering questions and addressing concerns. They installed granite vanity tops along with new sinks, fixtures, towel bars, toilet paper holders, mirrors, and lights and painted both bathrooms. They went above and beyond to make sure they had completed the work in the time they had promised, which I really appreciated. Dawn, Autumn, Steve, Oscar, Kevin, Rob, Eduardo, Mike, Jimmy, and Chris from Tremain and Cody and Ben from StoneSmith, thank you so much for providing such a beautiful update to my bathrooms.

Excellent: Plumber, supervisor, and dry wall/caulking person made the job time efficient. After job was completed, there was no dust/dirt. In addition, you wouldn't know that the drywall has been removed and replaced. The new shower head and hand shower mechanism are a wonderful improvement. All in all, excellent!

Tremain did a fantastic job. This is a very large bathroom, and we designed a custom, high end job. They assisted with design and colors - Dawn was excellent. The salesperson Jim, took care in diligently providing a very detailed quote, which was helpful. The main construction person was Daniel, and he was as much an artist as he was a construction worker. He showed up every day at 8:00, not a minute late - and worked every day. The project took 8 weeks, which was two weeks longer than we hoped, but about what we expected. Had an issue with a mirror that came scratched, but Tremain noticed it before we did and replaced it. Very professional, very courteous, very well done indeed!

They do basically bathroom/kitchen remodeling. This is the second house we’ve had them work on. They are a little more expensive. I really think they do a great job, so I’ve gone back to them even though they are a little more expensive, just because the quality is good. It turned out pretty good. I’m very pleased.

Great! This is the third time I have used Tremain - love them! Designer is very helpful and Jose, tile installer, is beyond excellent. He is a craftsman! The only problem with any work were the glass installers. I had a patina mirrored backsplash installed and they covered one outlet. Overall, I would recommend this company to anyone. However, be sure to get Tremain Corp. as there is another Tremain.

Excellent! They did really well and we are very happy with the results. The technician who did the tile work and drywall was outstanding and very easy to work with. Not the cheapest option but definitely worth it!

The entire process from quote to material selection to construction could not have gone better. We were able to see what material was available to us in the showroom, select the material based on suggestions from Tremain's designer, and know when construction would start based on communication from the project manager. The work done by Craig was excellent. He arrived promptly every day, put down drop cloths in the areas where he would be walking, and cleaned up every evening before he left. All of the necessary wood structures and tiling are first class. We would not hesitate to have work done by the Tremain team and highly recommend them.

We had Tremain come out to measure and install custom glass shower door. They did an excellent job. Came out, measured and completed the job with no issues and our shower door looks great!
