33 I hired this company to remedy a nuisance squirrel that had taken up residence in my attic. The nature of the business is that they have to come back once they've trapped the pest... They will be back out tomorrow and hopefully will have caught the animal. If not, they will come back out...

"Here's the situation, on the day that they solicited at my door and I signed the "contract" they did not complete a treatment on my property because they said that it was too "wet", which was fine. They also never returned to service the property at any point for the next 3 months. I never received a call from them until they they wanted payment. I called to discuss with an account manager and was "disconnected" during the "transfer process". I emailed to cancel service explaining what had happened and that I was not satisfied with an incomplete service. The response was that my account was canceled and I was charged the early cancel fee which amounts to $345. I called again and asked to speak to an account manager. I was told that was not possible. She said she was billing and could help me. I explained that I would not be paying a cancelation fee for services not rendered. I stated that they had breached the contract by not providing service. (No room to complete the story) "
