I bought a washing maching and then after a few years it locked up and the whole control panel was then down. The service provider said that he had ordered the necessary parts but I didn't hear from him for a long time. I called the company and they said that my parts were still on back order and I am still waiting to have this repaired and then they said that they can't get the parts and tried to tell me I didn't have a warranty. The conditions in my house are now unsanitary because I can't do any laudry and my husband just got out of surgery. I have had to buy several sheets and towels because of this.

Home depot sent Home Services out to do the measurements, and 18 days later they installed the windows. Sometime between ordering the windows and the installation they lowered my credit limit on the credit card without telling me, and the free financing for two years was no longer applicable. They didn’t contact me to let me know they had done this, and a month later they started harassing me to pay off the windows. They don't communicate well.  Also, I ordered triple pane windows, but only got double pane with a thin film in the middle.

We purchased a new toilet for our home. Unfortunately, we couldn't have it installed and had to special order one. Two days later, we paid for the special order toilet. 11 days after we special ordered the toilet, we called to ask when our toilet would be installed, we were informed that the plumber had left a message on one of our cell phones. He had been to our house to install it when we weren't there and because of this, we had to pay a service call fee of $45. We paid it. I called the store today to ask when the toilet would be installed and they had forgotten to have their installers call us to set up a time for the installation. Since it's Friday and after 5, they can't guarantee that we'll get a call to schedule before Monday. This whole mess has taken nearly 3 weeks and I still don't have a toilet installed!?! I'm very dissatisfied by Home Depot and will probably have to pick up the toilet this weekend and have it installed myself! I do not want to recommend Home Depot Greenfield for any bathroom installation. I find it odd that I've waited longer for the installation than the special ordered toilet.

We used them because of a combination of price, quality and timing. The work was great. We would use them again without a question.

They were very good at cleaning up. We ended up getting refunded $80 at the end of the project, since they over measured. That shows me that they are an honest company.
